25 Min Arm & Back Workout [No Equipment]

We love it when we find a short workout video that requires no equipment – cause sometimes we struggle to fit a workout in and we don’t all have the equipment required in most online workout videos.

This one is from Well + Good, they have a ‘Trainer of the month club’ where they feature various trainers who offer anything from yoga to weights to cardio classes. In this feature, trainer Billie Robyn gives a 25minute ‘no equipment’ class focusing on arms and back.

The way we speak to ourselves matters the most!✨✨⁣ ⁣ The things we tell ourselves are the things we believe. Especially if we are telling ourselves these things repeatedly. Yet we are so much more likely to tell ourselves negative beliefs ‘I’m going to fail’ ‘I should give up’ ‘I can’t do this’ ‘I hate my…’⁣ ⁣ We’re also SO much more likely to talk to others in a positive way and encourage/ compliment our friends, but we should also be talking to ourselves the way we speak to our friends!⁣ ⁣ Something that can really help reframe these beliefs and negative thoughts in our minds is affirmations✨⁣ ⁣ Affirmations are positive statements that can help create change in your mind and help you overcome negative thoughts. They can be reminders, inspiration, self-empowerment and more! They’re are positive statements you tell yourself that you may not even currently believe. ⁣ ⁣ Affirmations have helped me in so many ways with reaching goals, coping with anxiety, believing in myself and keeping me motivated & inspired💛 I write a list of them every morning and say them to myself out loud throughout the day when needed. ⁣ ⁣ When we keep telling ourselves something and repeating them in our minds and out loud, we reinforce the belief in our brain!🧠💓⁣ ⁣ Come up with or find affirmations to focus on each day or every week – depending on what you’re going through or dealing with during a period of time or day😊⁣ ⁣ Speak them out loud!⁣ Repeat them to yourself!
