The Fry’s new mouthwatering, juicy Big Fry Boerie is perfect on the braai and contains a whopping 19G of plant protein per sausage with none of the cholesterol found in meat.
This delicious plant-based boerie looks sizzles and tastes just like boerewors.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Frying Pan: Remove from packaging. COOK FROM FROZEN. Heat 15ml of oil on high in a non-stick pan. Add the Boerie and reduce to medium heat. Fry for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- BBQ / Braai: Remove from packaging. DEFROST BEFORE COOKING. Prepare your fire and when at low heat, place the Boerie on the grill, turning every 2-3 minutes for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.

Wow, this boerie was amazing 👌 one would never say it’s plant based, it taste so good, the whole family really enjoyed
and it literally took 10 minutes in the non stick frying pan and that’s exactly what us busy Mom’s need on a laid back Saturday for dinner time!!

Had a braai and made some boerie’s rolls with the big fry boerie me and my hubby devoured 1 each we both agreed that it tasted much better that some real meat sausages ,definitely gonna buy this all the time , great product very tasty indeed .
