Love this bread and what I love about it compared to other bread. It doesn’t have the sour test to it. My kid love a thin soft slices of the bread. In Xhosa we will say “silafu-lafu”

I have lot of memories from this bread, I remember when I was 10 years old when I almost chocked to death. Myy mom was hiding me behind the door so that I can quickly finish my bread before my granny see that my mom bought bread again after she has told her numerous times to stop buying bread because according to her it was for “ the rich people” but my mom could not resist the cravings for blue ribbon , we all loved it , and even now its still the best in the game.
