Tibb Bonnycare Anti-Spasmodic & Colic Syrup 100ml (Alcohol-Free) is a herbal complex that can help to combat and relieve common gastro-intestinal discomforts in infants and children.
Gas discomfort upsets almost every baby to some degree and it affects both breast-fed and bottle-fed babies.
Stomach aches are common for kids, and while gas pain is common and can afflict a child at any age, it is particularly bothersome in newborns and young infants between one and four months of age, as their immature guts are developing.
Luckily, they’re not usually caused by anything serious. They can be painful, though, so it’s good to have soothing strategies on hand.
Your little one might be telling you they’ve got tummy pains if they show one or more of these signs:
• Acts fussy or grumpy
• Doesn’t sleep or eat
• Cries more than usual
• Diarrhoea
• Vomiting
• Trouble being still (squirming or tensing up muscles)
• Makes faces that show pain (squeezing eyes shut, grimacing)
Directions: (Shake the bottle before use)
• UP TO 1 MONTH: 1,25 ml to 2,5 ml, three times daily.
• 1 TO 6 MONTHS: 2,5 ml to 5 ml, three times daily.
• 6 MONTHS TO 2 YEARS: 5 ml to 10 ml, three times daily.
• 2 YEARS AND OLDER: 10 ml to 15 ml, three times daily.

This little guy saved my son so much discomfort! he is a year old now and from when her was a month old, he had insane colic and spasms, the Tibb Bonnycare Baby Anti-Spasmodic & Colic Syrup helped relieve all this, we used this for about until he was 7 months old, and we have recently had to pick it up as he has started venturing into a wider variety of foods and he gets gassy, so we are back on and he is back to being his usual bubbly self in no time.

# Effective Relief for Fussy Babies!
Works quickly to soothe colic and gas discomfort. Natural ingredients that are gentle on baby’s tummy. Easy to administer and pleasant taste babies don’t reject. Great value for the relief it provides. Much better than other colic remedies. Highly recommend!
