It is a documentary that looks at the health impacts that meat, fish, and dairy products have on our bodies. It also questions leading health organisations that are associated with these industries.
The documentary has had bad reviews from some Dr’s, dieticians, and journalists saying that the info and stats used are very one-sided and that the film pushes for people to change to plant-based diets.

Ever since my mom moved to eating fruits and vegetables she is better, she used to wonder what caused her to feel sick all the time and her blood pressure was always high… After watching the documentary I now have knowledge about what makes people sick. Animal product really affect our health.
